In that episode, we explore some of Doug’s background, we talked about why he doesn’t like to use the word human resources or human capital to describe the people space, how he’s running a thought studio, and why he thought being transferred to the people side of a business was a negative versus a positive.
In this second segment, here, we’re going to talk about something that I thought was really interesting because it’s not a topic that Doug and I have touched on in the past and it’s an idea that he’s exploring around inter-generational friendships.
